The client’s specialty practice required exam rooms, out-patient procedure space and administrative functioning areas. These clinical offices were tailored to a specific, limited amount of available space in a desirable suburban office building.  

The fast-track design and build-out were closely coordinated with the construction manager as required by the physician’s fixed schedule.
