Essity, a leading global hygiene and forest products company, wanted to modify their American Headquarters, occupying three floors of the Cira Centre in downtown Philadelphia. The goal was to better align the workspace with their corporate vision by focusing on:

• Establishing a dynamic and creative atmosphere

• Responding to business units’ wants/needs

• Prioritizing critical adjacencies

• Promoting an open and efficient layout

• Reinforcing culture and brand

• Creating flexible and adaptable workplace solutions

HSA worked as a collaborative extension of Essity’s facilities team to define the path for their office evolution. In the end, the workspace now reflects Essity’s global brand and identity, employs strategies to create memorable workplace experiences, and will allow creative solutions for a 15% employee growth without increasing the tenant area.
