A global company facing the challenge of relocating their headquarters from Camp Hill, PA to Philadelphia turned to HSA to lead their design efforts.  Occupying 21,000 sf in the heart of Center City, their new office features updated workspaces with collaboration areas for employees and executives, in addition to private offices and conference rooms.

Throughout the floor plan, muted wood ‘portals’ wrap the walls and ceilings creating unique transitions between office zones.  Floor coverings offer soft and organic patterns to clearly define zones and pathways, while live planting walls accentuate the company’s deep ties to the environment.  HSA was instrumental in furniture selection to create a sophisticated and energetic space which promotes teamwork and unity in a flexible setting.

Despite frequent supply chain constraints and a tight schedule during the pandemic, HSA was able to successfully achieve the client’s goals without any delays to design or construction.
