After a successful previous collaboration with HSA on the original Trattoria San Nicola years earlier, owner Vito Giannandrea again turned to HSA for the design of his sequel restaurant in Paoli.

The project involved a complete exterior ‘facelift’ of the existing facade, inclusive of new roof forms and entrance ‘tower’. HSA also provided coordination of new interior design, mechanical and food-service equipment.
